Hotel & Motel Management - RCI introduced an enhanced version of RCI Elite Rewards, its credit card and customer-loyalty program* RCI introduced an enhanced version of RCI Elite Rewards, its credit card and customer-loyalty program. The card is issued by MBNA America Bank and offers new timeshare purchasers the option of using the credit card to make their timeshare down payment at the point of sale. Owners who qualify for the card are eligible to receive reward points, which are redeemable toward the payment of maintenance fees, renewal and exchange fees, and other amenities.
